Request to book a consultation and we'll come over to discuss what it takes to prepare and sell a home in today's market. This includes any updates or repairs necessary as well as pricing in today's market.

After our initial meeting our team will get to work. Coordinating any updates or refreshes needed for the home before it hits the market. We'll coordinate with our vendors and the home seller making the process as easy as possible.

Once the house to ready to market, we'll take care of everything. From bringing in the photographer, staging the home if needed, marketing the home for sale as well as helping you negotiate any contracts. Once we go into escrow we'll work with all lenders and title companies to get you to the closing table and onto the next chapter in your journey.
